- Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers
- Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems
- Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and planned and unplanned work orders
- Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively help customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards
- Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix performance
- Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed
- Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships
- Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and deliver a consistent customer experience
- Travel to Raleigh, Durham, Wake Forest, Apex, Cary, Chapel Hill, NC, and surrounding areas
- Work Wednesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday on 10-hour shifts between 10am-10pm local time
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment
- Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions
- No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position
- Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance at night, on weekends, and over holidays
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to push and pull
- Ability to stand, bend, and stoop
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to distinguish color, with tools potentially accommodated
- Ability to drive a company vehicle as required
- Associate's degree or other advanced education or certifications preferred
- Previous mechanical problem-solving experience, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or equipment repair, preferred
Demonstrates expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining warewashing and laundry equipment while ensuring compliance with Ecolab Brand Standards. Strong mechanical problem-solving skills and the ability to manage inventory and documentation effectively are essential.
