* Job Summary:
** Leads the management and development of a crew of electricians, fostering skill growth and ensuring quality performance under supervision.

* Key Responsibilities:
** Supervises daily electrical work assignments to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely task completion. Coordinates allocation of materials, tools, and equipment to maintain workflow and minimize delays. Monitors work quality and safety practices, promptly addressing any issues to uphold standards. Communicates project goals, updates, and expectations clearly to crew members and other stakeholders. Manages comprehensive documentation of project progress, incident reports, and resource utilization to ensure accurate tracking, informed decision-making, and effective project reporting.
Accurately completes and submits time cards for assigned crews, ensuring timely and precise recording of labor hours in accordance with company policies and project requirements. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

* Work Experience:
** Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
** Certifications and Licenses:
** Journeyman Electrician License required.
