Field Manager

The Field Manager position is a full-time hourly position. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop professional and consultative relationships with builders and internal office personnel involved in the installation process.

• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Drive a company vehicle to job sites to perform assigned duties
• Conduct Quality Control Inspections of all installations
• Perform Minor Services occasionally (cleaning, caulking, etc.)
• Comply with management communications and reporting as requested.
• Appropriately identify and elevate customer issues and provide solutions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards.
• Perform safety audits of subcontractors in the field.
• Conduct Builder Satisfaction Surveys.
• Attend Job Site Planning or Safety Meetings.

• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• 1-3 years of related industry experience preferred
• Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record that meets the minimum requirements of the company's insurance provider.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers, vendors and other employees via phone, email, or fax.
