Maintenance Technician

Crawford Hospitality is looking for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support multiple food & beverage concepts throughout the Raleigh area. This is a hands-on position responsible for helping keep our restaurants, bars, and facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot basic maintenance issues, and is comfortable jumping in wherever needed. Experience working in restaurants, commercial facilities, construction, or a similar environment is a plus.

Part-Time Maintenance Technician

Crawford Hospitality is looking for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support multiple food & beverage concepts throughout the Raleigh area. This is a hands-on position responsible for helping keep our restaurants, bars, and facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot basic maintenance issues, and is comfortable jumping in wherever needed. Experience working in restaurants, commercial facilities, construction, or a similar environment is a plus.

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs across multiple restaurant locations.
• Troubleshoot and address general maintenance issues with equipment, fixtures, and building systems.
• Complete basic painting, drywall repair, caulking, patching, and other cosmetic repairs

• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and appliance maintenance as needed.
• Assemble, install, or repair fixtures, shelving, furniture, and other equipment.
• Identify maintenance issues and communicate when a repair requires a licensed or specialized contractor.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize repairs based on urgency and operational needs.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and functional facilities across all locations.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and transport tools, supplies, and equipment between locations as needed.
• Maintain basic records of completed maintenance and repairs.

• Previous experience in maintenance, construction, facilities, handyman work, or a related field.
• Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with painting, drywall, caulking, patching, and other basic building repairs.
• Comfortable working with basic tools and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, or appliance repair is a plus.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple requests, and prioritize tasks.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to communicate clearly with restaurant leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Restaurant or commercial maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.

• Part-time
• Schedule will vary based on maintenance needs across our locations.
• Work will take place at multiple Crawford Hospitality restaurants in the Raleigh area.
• Compensation will be based on experience.
