Your Impact (What You’ll Own)
Diagnose, service, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Inspect ductwork and keep company tools/materials in service-ready condition.

Identify, wire, and start up complete HVAC systems; verify performance through testing and recorded results.

Troubleshoot faults, recommend fixes, and complete repairs to restore safe, efficient operation.

Perform comprehensive system checks; immediately flag outstanding issues to dispatch/customers.

Clearly explain the work performed after each visit and debrief with dispatch, including documentation.

Coordinate your daily schedule with the office; ensure parts are ordered and ready before each appointment.

Transport parts, materials, and tools; maintain accurate accounting for all assigned items.

Complete digital/paperwork documentation neatly and on time.

Finish each job with a thorough area cleanup and protective floor savers used inside homes.

Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.

Uphold company performance standards, code of ethics, and all safety procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Must-Haves High school diploma or GED.
1+ year of hands-on HVAC service experience.

EPA Certification.

Soldering/brazing proficiency.

English fluency (spoken and written).Basic computer skills; able to operate a computer, laptop, or tablet.

Comfort with internet navigation and email tools like Microsoft Outlook.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to work overtime on short notice; occasional weekends.

Nice-to-HavesHVAC trade school certification.
1–2 years of construction, HVAC, or closely related experience.

Where You’ll Work Mostly in occupied homes and active construction sites; minimal office time.

Drive to/from multiple job locations daily.

Exposure to construction environments—equipment, heights, confined spaces, noise, dust, odors, and hazardous materials.

Indoor/outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) while wearing PPE.

Physical Requirements Operate a motorized passenger vehicle or forklift.

Lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently.

Regular climbing, bending, crawling, kneeling, and crouching.

Work at heights on ladders and stairs; occasional platforms/scaffolding with proper fall protection.

Wear required PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective vests, gloves, and safety-toe, construction-grade boots.

Stand, walk, or sit for long periods.

Hear and distinguish speech/sounds to safely operate phones or equipment.

Maintain clear close/distance/peripheral vision with normal depth perception (natural or corrected).Communicate clearly by speaking.

Enter data via keyboard or 10-key keypad.

Reach overhead; signal, grasp, hold, lift, turn, push, and pull tools and materials.
