Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of farm machinery, including tractors, forage harvesters, combines, hay equipment and other heavy equipment using schematics and OEM manuals.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostic, and technical repairs.
• Document all service work thoroughly using detailed schematics and maintenance logs to ensure compliance with safety standards and OEM specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring timely turnaround for all service requests.

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a mechanic or technician, specifically with agricultural, heavy construction, or diesel equipment.

• Strong working knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and modern diagnostic software.
• A self‑starter who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, team‑first environment.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
