SummaryLeads installation teams and performs advanced troubleshooting, assists with commissioning, and system integration.
Responsibilities- Lead crews hands on, on commercial AV projects.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Ensure installations meet company and industry standards.
- Coordinate schedules and materials with Project Manager
- Review project drawings and identify installation issues.
- Interface with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- 4-7 years of AV/low-voltage experience.
- Strong knowledge of networking, AV signal flow, and system integration.
- Experience leading crews and managing projects.
- Industry certifications preferred (CTS, CTS-I, manufacturer certifications).
