Job Title:
Electrical Foreman/Superintendent
Pay Range: $35-$40
Location:
Raleigh, NC

Schedule:
5 8s+ (Monday-Friday, 7am start)
Start Date:
ASAP
- Lead and direct electrical crews including Mechanics, Helpers, and field personnel
- Assign daily work, communicate priorities, and manage manpower
- Plan electrical installations based on drawings and specifications
- Perform field layouts and ensure materials are ready in advance
- Oversee installation of panels, transformers, conduit, wiring, and electrical devices
- Coordinate work with other trades and address potential conflicts early
- Read, interpret, and coordinate electrical and project drawings
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and direct corrective actions
- Enforce safety protocols and utilize required PPE
- Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required
- Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installation methods
- Experience supervising electrical crews, including Mechanics and Helpers
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- OSHA 10 required
- NFPA 70E training required
- Reliable transportation and electrical hand tools required
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
