Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 / year
DescriptionSynergy Integrated Systems is hiring a Low-Voltage Installation Technician to join our Raleigh field team, installing AV, lighting, networking, and security systems that make our clients' homes and businesses run smarter.
You Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
You Have:
- Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.

- In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

- Projects in surrounding area
Your
Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
- We work four 10 hour days
- Mon-Thurs 7:45am-6:15pm

- Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron)
- Install and mount TVs, projection systems, video walls, audio, shading, low-voltage lighting, and security devices
- Build and lace equipment racks
- Setup and configuration of devices
- Connect and bring control systems to life (Control4 a plus!)
- Understanding and setup of networks
- Troubleshooting of devices
- AV Installation (Resi & Commercial)
- Security Installation
- Low-Voltage Cable Pulling
- Managed Services (MSP) - If you can install!
- Electrician (HV or LV)
- Salary: $55k-$75k/year - YUP!
- 401k w/match - 4% when you contribute 5%+, 3.5% when you contribute less (offered after 1 year of employment)
