You will handle service requests, perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), conduct unit inspections, and assist with preventive maintenance and capital improvements across properties.
Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED, 1–2 years in property maintenance, and valid driver's license; EPA/HVAC/CPO
