, a trusted provider of high-quality, trauma-informed care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and substance use disorders, is seeking a Family Peer Support Supervisor to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina
.

What You’ll Do

As a Family Peer Support Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Family Peer Support Specialists.
  • Oversee the implementation of family peer support programs for families with children facing behavioral health challenges.
  • Help families navigate complex child-serving systems, including mental health, developmental disabilities, education, juvenile justice, and child welfare.
  • Use your personal experience as a caregiver of a child with behavioral health needs to guide and strengthen family support.
  • Collaborate with professionals and community partners to ensure coordinated, family-centered services.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Associate’s degree in a Human Services-related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year as a Family Peer Support Specialist.
  • Training: Completion of 88 hours in the 5 CFPS Core Competencies in preparation for the National Certification exam.
