Talent Acquisition and Community Engagement Specialist

Your Role in Our Mission

We seek a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Talent Acquisition and Community Engagement Specialist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Home and Community Based Services team. In this role you will partner with hiring managers to hone in on the required qualifications for each vacancy and be responsible for the sourcing and full‑cycle recruiting of Direct Support Professionals, Qualified Professionals, and other requisitions as needed.

This position is primarily remote within the state of North Carolina with intermittent travel to headquarters in Raleigh and to the western region of North Carolina.

• Competitive salary: $60,000 annual salary for this full‑time, exempt position

We need someone adept at passive sourcing, who can provide an engaging candidate experience, and who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Key qualifications include:

• Minimum of 2 years related experience
• Behavioral Health or Healthcare recruiting background required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources preferred
