Youth Activities Counselor

Under the supervision of the Youth Site Director, the Youth Counselor is responsible for leading, developing, and building relationships with the youth participants in the program. The role is eligible for a hybrid telework workweek and involves coordination at the district and school level in the implementation of K‑12 social, emotional, and behavioral programs and practices.
Responsibilities- Greet members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to member questions by providing correct information and answers.
- Provide coordination of K‑12 social, emotional, and behavioral programs at the district and school level.
- Lead, develop, and build relationships with youth participants in the program.
- Collaborate with the Youth Site Director and other staff to ensure a supportive, collaborative, and flexible work environment.
