CompensationHourly Rate: $33.65 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience).
Job SummaryProvide a solid Human Resource management foundation, responsible oversight, and creative solutions through a collaborative approach with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Direct supervision of the General Administration team (7 members).
- Assist in management and successfully carrying out general administrative duties at the OCME.
- Establish program goals, program planning, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and four years of experience in personnel, budgeting, research or administrative management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Temporary position – no leave or retirement benefits. Temporary employees averaging 30+ hours per week may be eligible for health insurance coverage under the High‑Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). Permanent and time‑limited NC State Government employees must separate from their existing position to work in a temporary position and are limited to one temporary assignment at a time.
