Position Summary

Compensation: $50-$55/hour inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(k) with a 4% employer match.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
