Job Description:Job Summary
We are seeking a Testing Engineering Specialist to design and implement robust testing solutions across multiple development teams.
This role focuses on accelerating production readiness and enhancing product stability through automation and continuous integration.
The ideal candidate will have strong multi-stack engineering capabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional end-to-end customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement testing solutions that improve speed to production and product stability.
- Work across technology stacks including Web, API, and Database.
- Utilize automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured, and Karate for web and API testing.
- Establish and support testing platforms and toolsets for multiple teams.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and uDeploy.
- Apply monitoring and observability tools for proactive incident resolution.
- Deliver software solutions in Agile environments with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Contribute to experimental development and adoption of new technologies.
- Lead initiatives with personal accountability and drive strong results.
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience architecting automation test platforms.
- Minimum 6 years of experience architecting and implementing CI/CD development pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience with web and API automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured, Karate).
- Experience with Jenkins, uDeploy, and Agile delivery practices.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Knowledge of experimental development approaches and emerging technologies.
