Job OverviewWe are seeking a People Soft Technical Developer to help build innovative HR, Finance and Supply Chain solutions using People Soft technologies. The role requires at least 3 to 5 years of real‑time experience and will involve designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting People Soft applications.
Eligibility & SponsorshipOpen to OPT/CPT/H4 EAD/TN/E3 or other Non‑immigrant visa holders. H1B sponsorship is available for the 2027 quota. Candidates on H‑1B may also transfer.
Tools & Technologies- People Soft FSCM / HCM
- People Tools, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker
- REST/SOAP Web Services, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, SQR, BI Publisher
- People Soft Security & Roles, Upgrade & Patch Management
- Unix/Linux OS, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile methodologies
- At least 3 to 5 years of real‑time experience developing People Soft applications.
- Strong coding skills and ability to pass a coding test.
- Experience with the technologies listed above.
Full‑time role with competitive compensation and career growth opportunities. All roles are W2 and no third‑party brokerage.
