Onboarding period is 2 weeks onsite, once comfortable with the systems, consultants will transition to fully remote.

The client has developed a robust software development infrastructure. They are responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of an assortment of internal and external facing business applications. At the moment there is more than enough project work and the organization is in need of a mid-level .NET developer who will begin by joining the Software Support Team to learn the environment and software development infrastructure.

The team includes one Business & Systems Analyst, Scrum Master, two Developers and one tester each.

In order to learn the different LOBs and systems these consultants will begin on the Software Support team where they will work on a backlog of regression testing tickets and bug fixes. Once they gain a good understanding of their systems they will transition to project work which will be a combination of modernization and new development.

This is an indefinite contract that extends in 6‑month increments with the opportunity to convert to an FTE once headcount is available.

• Utilize multiple technologies, including .NET 6, .NET Framework, SQL Server, ASP.NET (Razor Pages, MVC and web forms) to develop and maintain internal and external facing web applications.
• Work collaboratively with development team members and stakeholders to define technical specifications, documentation, and estimate level of effort for development tasks.
• Follow best practices for code development and code promotion.

• Experience developing and launching successful web-based applications.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Experience as team lead is a plus.
• Excellent team player with solid communication skills.

• Minimum of 5 years hands‑on experience in web development.

Expert Level

This is a Contract position based out of RALEIGH, NC.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $53.00/hr.
