Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Lead .NET Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-level applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API, Microservices Architecture, Azure Cloud, SQL Server, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.

This role requires strong technical leadership, architecture design capabilities, Dev Ops exposure, and the ability to mentor development teams while delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and .NET 6/7/8.
• Architect and implement Microservices-based architecture using RESTful APIs and containerized deployments.
• Develop and optimize REST APIs and Web Services ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Design and manage relational databases using SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Indexing, Query Optimization, and performance tuning.
• Work extensively with Entity Framework / EF Core, LINQ, for data access.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, ensuring automated build, test, and deployment.
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes (AKS).
• Implement caching strategies using Redis or Memory Cache.
• Apply design patterns such as Repository Pattern, Dependency Injection, SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external enterprise systems.
• Ensure application security, compliance, logging, monitoring, and performance diagnostics.

Required Technical Skills:

• Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and .NET 6/7/8, implementing scalable Microservices Architecture and robust RESTful API Development aligned with SOLID principles and secure coding standards.
• Develop and optimize data access layers using Entity Framework / EF Core, LINQ, and , while designing efficient SQL Server databases with expertise in T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Database Design, Data Modeling, Query Optimization, and Performance Tuning.
• Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Event Hub, and Storage Accounts to build highly available, secure, and scalable distributed systems.
• Implement Dev Ops best practices using Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD Pipelines, Git, and Git Hub, ensuring automated build, test, version control, and continuous deployment strategies across development environments.
• Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) to enable seamless deployment, scaling, load balancing, and resilient infrastructure management in cloud environments.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT Authentication, OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, and API Gateway, enforcing enterprise-level security, identity management, and compliance standards.
• Drive system integration and enterprise application modernization initiatives by applying best practices in secure coding, distributed architecture, API integration, cloud governance, and performance engineering within Agile development environments.
