Job Description
Mid-level developer supporting migration of legacy ECM systems to Hyland OnBase. Role includes development, configuration, integration, and data migration support using .NET, MVC, and SQL Server.

Skills and Requirements- 2–5 years of application development experience
- Experience with Hyland OnBase (dev/config)
- Strong skills in
- C# / .NET (ASP.NET, Web API, Win Forms)
- MVC architecture
- SQL Server (T-SQL, query tuning)
- Experience with ORM/frameworks (e.g., iBATIS or similar)
- Knowledge of SDLC and version control
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- EDM/ECM migration experience
- OnBase modules:
Workflow, Unity Forms, Work View - REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, Windows Services
- Experience with Kofax or capture platforms
- Exposure to banking/healthcare document environments
- Hyland OnBase System Admin Certifications (Nice to have)
