Senior Developer; Kotlin + Java Hybrid position

Lead the design of software solutions, advocate and advance engineering practices, mentor junior consultants, drive team delivery toward an aspirational tech vision, and proactively assess team health, code quality, and non‑functional requirements.

• Experience using Kotlin and Java with deep Object‑Oriented programming knowledge
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, and/or Kanban
• Good awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches and tools
• Bonus points for working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
