Software Engineer III – Information Solutions

Role Overview:
Lead and develop projects for clients across manufacturing industries, focusing on MES, custom software, reporting, IIoT, data collection, and analytics.

• Conduct technical project execution including deliverables, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Interface with clients to define and manage scope on complex projects.
• Plan project timelines and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure proper execution.
• Leverage firm-wide standards and procedures, participate on councils overseeing adoption of standards.
• Drive projects to completion and support project teams through technical details.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key client contacts.
• Provide technical leadership to junior professionals and contribute to growth of Information Solutions technical capabilities.

• B.S. in Engineering preferred; other computer or software degrees considered based on experience.
• Significant technical knowledge and project leadership skills.
• Experience with MES, custom software, reporting, IIoT, data collection, or analytics.
• Strong communication and client‑management abilities.

Approximate pay range: $115,000–$150,000 per year (subject to qualifications, experience, and location).
