Full Stack Java Engineer

We're looking for a seasoned Full Stack Java Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade applications across the full stack. You'll own features from UI through services and persistence, working within large codebases in an Agile environment and collaborating closely with platform, Dev Ops, and downstream integration teams.

• Develop templating and dynamic rendering with Handlebars
• Manage build tooling and package dependencies via Node and NPM
• Develop and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices with RESTful and SOAP interfaces
• Implement authentication and authorization flows using Spring Security
• Design and manage data persistence layers with Hibernate/JPA and Oracle
• Package and deploy services via WAR files to Apache Tomcat
• Integrate with downstream systems and manage inter-service communication

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito
• Develop frontend test coverage with Jasmine
• Participate in code reviews and enforce quality gates through Sonar Qube

• Work within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bit Bucket, and Git
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads via Kubernetes and Open Shift
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using Splunk
• Manage artifact lifecycle with JFrog Artifactory and job scheduling via Autosys
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies in Scrum and Scaled Agile frameworks

• 7-10+ years of full stack Java development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle databases and RESTful/SOAP integrations
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Open Shift, and containerized deployments
• Experience working with large codebases and distributed teams
• Proficiency with IDEs:
  Eclipse, Spring Tool Suite (STS), or VS Code

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI-assisted development tooling
• Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
