Service Now Technical Specialist
Raleigh, NC

Service Now Technical Specialist for HRSD/WSD, ITOM, ITSM, and SPM. Candidates must reside in North Carolina, preferably within commuting distance to Raleigh.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop Service Now applications and modules, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.
- Configure Service Now modules and applications to fit specific business needs, including incident management, change management, problem management, and more.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and other systems or platforms using web services, APIs, or other integration tools.
- Identify and resolve issues with the Service Now platform, including debugging and troubleshooting problems with scripts, workflows, or integrations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Service Now configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Implement best practices for Service Now development and administration, including coding standards, testing procedures, and change management processes.
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
