Job SummaryClient is looking for a Senior Salesforce Solutions Designing Expert to support the DCDEE EEIS modernization project. The candidate will design, develop, and improve Salesforce Government Cloud solutions, work with business and technical teams, and ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop Salesforce Government Cloud solutions.
- Create scalable and reusable application components.
- Lead technical design and discovery sessions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Improve business processes and user experience.
- Design data models, security, and sharing rules.
- Work with developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Review Salesforce seasonal releases and assess impacts.
- Support AI-enabled Salesforce solutions where appropriate.
- 7+ years of experience supporting public sector or regulated environments.
- 7+ years leading technical design, discovery sessions, or development teams.
- 7+ years of business process optimization experience.
- 7+ years of Human-Centered Design experience.
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing.
- 7+ years of experience with user stories, gap analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution design
