Role Overview

As a Software Engineering – Developer at Kyndryl, you will design, develop, and implement cutting‑edge software solutions that deliver value to our customers quickly and reliably. Your work will include writing code, documenting components, performing unit tests, integrating into the final product, architecting solutions, testing, and building CI/CD pipelines. You will also provide work estimates and guide feature development, ensuring high‑quality, scalable, and robust deliverables.

• Implement identified components based on design documentation and functional programming specifications.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a software engineer on complex software projects.
• Excellent coding skills and solid development experience (Java, Python, .NET, etc.) with strong debugging and problem‑solving abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Certification in one or more hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP). Certifications can be obtained with Kyndryl.
• Experience with Dev Ops tools and modern engineering practices.

The compensation range for this position in the U.S. is $88,680 to $168,480, based on a full‑time schedule. The actual compensation may vary depending on geography, job‑related skills, and experience. Specific ranges for selected locations include:
- California (San Francisco Bay Area): $106,440 to $202,200
- California (All Other): $97,560 to $185,280
- Colorado: $88,680 to $168,480
- Massachusetts: $88,680 to $185,280
- New York City: $106,440 to $202,200
- Washington: $97,560 to $185,280
- Washington DC: $97,560 to $185,280
