Employment Type: Full-Time W2

Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 annual gross salary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong SQL Server expertise to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade business applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable Power Platform solutions while ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing database environments.

• Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Build workflows using Power Automate
• Develop solutions utilizing Microsoft Dataverse
• Integrate Power Platform with SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and external systems
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases
• Develop stored procedures, views, triggers, functions, and ETL processes
• Implement Power Platform governance, ALM, and environment strategies
• Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, and database performance issues
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support modernization, automation, and cloud initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SQL Server
• Advanced T-SQL development and query optimization experience
• Experience integrating Power Platform with SQL databases and APIs
• Experience with Azure SQL and/or SQL Server administration
• Understanding of data governance, security roles, and DLP policies
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher
• Experience with Power BI
• Knowledge of SSIS and SSRS
• Experience with enterprise reporting and dataflows
