Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 annual gross salary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong SQL Server expertise to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade business applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable Power Platform solutions while ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing database environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Build workflows using Power Automate
- Develop solutions utilizing Microsoft Dataverse
- Integrate Power Platform with SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and external systems
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases
- Develop stored procedures, views, triggers, functions, and ETL processes
- Implement Power Platform governance, ALM, and environment strategies
- Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, and database performance issues
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support modernization, automation, and cloud initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SQL Server
- Advanced T-SQL development and query optimization experience
- Experience integrating Power Platform with SQL databases and APIs
- Experience with Azure SQL and/or SQL Server administration
- Understanding of data governance, security roles, and DLP policies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher
- Experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of SSIS and SSRS
- Experience with enterprise reporting and dataflows
