- Apply software engineering best practices to solve complex, globally impactful problems.
- Own the full lifecycle of features—from requirement analysis to production launch and ongoing operation.
- Proficient in object‑oriented programming with a focus on efficient, maintainable, testable code.
- Solid foundation in computer science and software development principles.
- Experience building and operating APIs, backend services, and cloud‑based solutions.
- Self‑driven, prioritizes tasks effectively, and focuses on results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
