Simplus is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our growing delivery team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a Salesforce expert who can lead technical delivery, mentor development teams, and design scalable Salesforce solutions while remaining actively involved in development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, proven experience leading technical teams, and hands‑on commercial experience delivering solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud
.

• Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to Salesforce developers and project teams.
• Establish and enforce development standards, coding best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Remain hands‑on with Salesforce development activities when required.
• Design and develop solutions using:
• Apex
• SOQL
• Platform Events
• Integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions to enhance customer and employee experiences.
• Configure Agent Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and AI-driven workflows.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Clouds and external systems.
• Drive best practices around Salesforce AI capabilities and adoption.

• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Build and manage data ingestion, data streams, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation use cases.
• Enable unified customer profiles and real‑time customer insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define customer data strategies and use cases.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
• Participate in client workshops, solution discussions, and technical presentations.

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Apex
• SOQL
• Integrations

• Proven experience as a:
• Salesforce Technical Lead
• Senior Salesforce Developer with team leadership responsibilities
• Experience leading technical teams and large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Commercial experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
• Experience configuring AI Agents, Topics, Actions, and Prompt Templates.
• Understanding of Salesforce AI capabilities and Agentforce architecture.

• Hands‑on project delivery experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with:
• Data Streams
• Identity Resolution
• Data Modeling
• Activations
• Unified Customer Profiles
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and third‑party platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and governor limits.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Salesforce AI Associate or Agentforce-related certifications.
• Experience working within a Salesforce Consulting Partner environment.
• Experience with Mule Soft or other middleware platforms.

You are an experienced Salesforce professional who has progressed from hands‑on development into technical leadership while maintaining strong development skills. You enjoy mentoring teams, solving complex technical challenges, and working directly with clients.

You have successfully delivered Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions in real‑world enterprise environments and can confidently lead technical delivery from solution design through implementation and deployment.
