  • Build test automation across the full stack of our software and enforce engineering best practices
  • Optimize application performance and reliability in a cloud environment
  • Implement blockchain integrations; node connectivity, transaction submission, event monitoring, wallet/custody interactions, and signing/approval workflows, using enterprise Java and Web3 libraries
  • Write, test, and deploy smart contracts (Solidity or equivalent) following established security practices; handle full transaction lifecycle; submission, confirmation, idempotency, and failure/reversal handling, with audit-friendly logging
  • Serve as the technical authority and primary point of contact for the squad
  • Guide architectural discussions, code reviews, and implementation decisions
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and security best practices
  • Establish and evolve the technical foundation and culture of the squad
  • Guide architectural and security decisions for the squad's blockchain integrations, partnering with security team on key-management and custody standards
  • Partner with Product Managers and Technical Project Managers to define scope, timelines, and priorities.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders clearly and proactively.
  • Collaborate with other leads to ensure alignment across squads and technical domains.
  • Provide day-to-day technical mentorship, unblock challenges, and foster a culture of continuous learning

  • Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization
  • Extensive hands-on experience owning and designing end to end solutions built on blockchain/DLT platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Hyperledger Besu, or Canton/Daml), including transaction lifecycle (gas, nonce, confirmations, finality) and event processing
  • Strong understanding of wallet/custody infrastructure, key-management patterns, and building audit-friendly, idempotent transaction flows in regulated or security-sensitive environments
  • Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular) using Type Script/Java Script
  • Proven experience leading technical projects or teams in an agile environment
