Coordinate, schedule, and monitor domestic transportation activities to ensure the timely, cost effective, and compliant movement of freight. Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, carriers, and external partners to support operational efficiency, service reliability, and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound domestic shipments in alignment with operational schedules, capacity requirements, and business priorities.
• Partner closely with Operations Planners and Warehouse/Logistics leadership to resolve transportation issues and support efficient freight flow.
• Communicate shipment status, delivery schedules, delays, and exceptions with field teams, internal stakeholders, and customers.
• Prepare, maintain, and review transportation documentation, shipment records, and shipping reports to support operational visibility and audits.
• Track carrier performance, document service or billing discrepancies, and support performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with warehouse and logistics operations as needed, including cross functional support during annual physical inventory.
• Ensure transportation activities comply with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Understanding of transportation methods and freight requirements.
• Strong familiarity with computer data systems, and strong standard business software skills (Microsoft Office, web browsers, etc).
• Ability to prioritize workload, manage time and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in relation to carrier performance and shipment exceptions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 2 Year Associate's Degree3 years Experience as Transportation Coordinator, dispatcher or equivalent.
• Pay Information:
  Min $41,400 to Max $66,500 (DOE)
