This position requires a dependable professional who can navigate various neighborhoods while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. The driver will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational condition of the vehicle, ensuring a comfortable and secure experience for passengers or the safe delivery of items.

Effective communication with clients, dispatchers, and team members is essential to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly. Ultimately, the Residential Driver contributes to the overall satisfaction and trust of clients by providing reliable and courteous transportation services.

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type being operated.
• Clean driving record with no recent major traffic violations or accidents.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
• Physical ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently and assist passengers or handle deliveries as needed.
• Familiarity with local residential areas and basic navigation skills.

• Previous experience as a residential or personal driver.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and minor repair skills.
• Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and courteous communication.
• Certification in defensive driving or related safety training.
• Ability to use GPS and other navigation technologies proficiently.

• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly to transport passengers or deliver goods within designated residential areas.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes while considering traffic, weather, and road conditions to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues promptly to management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, dispatchers, and team members to coordinate schedules, provide updates, and resolve any service-related issues.
• Adhere strictly to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a secure transportation environment.
