Pay & Home Time:
Weekly pay is $1,400 to $1,600, with the opportunity to earn a monthly performance bonus of up to $750. Drivers are home every week for a consistent reset, providing a dependable balance between time on the road and time at home.
Your Equipment:
Drivers operate primarily late-model Peterbilt 579 trucks along with other well-maintained equipment built for regional operations.
Automatic transmission equipment Inverter and refrigerator included Assigned equipment may be taken home Driver-focused setup for regional freight
The equipment and no-touch operation are designed to support productive trips while reducing unnecessary downtime during the workweek.
The Route:
Drivers primarily operate east of I-35 hauling automotive freight. Approximately 90% of loads are drop and hook, helping reduce delays at customer locations. The average length of haul is approximately 500 miles, and drivers typically average 2,500–3,000 miles each week.

Driver Qualifications
Valid CDL-A with a current DOT medical card 3 months of experience within the last 12 months or 1 year within the last 3 years Experience operating a tractor with a 40-foot or longer trailer
