fly Exclusive is seeking an A&P Licensed Maintenance Controller to communicate with pilots about aircraft airworthiness and coordinate maintenance support. The Maintenance Control Center monitors maintenance from AOG to RTS, ensuring timely, safe repairs for the Cessna Citation fleet.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of aviation maintenance experience, an FAA A&P license, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
