We are a private fleet looking for OTR Team Drivers.

• Pay:
  Teams start at $0.80 per mile split, ALL MILES PAID

• Solos start at $0.60 per mil, ALL MILES PAID

• Mileage:
  Most teams average 5,000-5,500 miles per week (more miles = more pay!)

• Solos averager 2,700-3,000 miles per week

• Earnings:
  Teams averaging 5,000 miles can make $4,000 per week split

• Schedule:
  
  Out 2 weeks, home 2 days

• Detention: $10/hour per driver after 2nd hour (no cap)

• Stops: $50 per driver for qualified stops

• Breakdowns & weather delays covered

• Equipment: 2023 or newer Volvos, Freightliners, Internationals Governed at 70 MPH, all automatic

Requirements:

• Must be 24 years of age
• Must have a Class A CDL (no endorsements required)
• Must have a Clean MVR and Background
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience
