Practical regional freight and dependable route coordination keep experienced CDL-A drivers moving through the week with manageable runs, consistent scheduling, and reliable weekend home time. Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast.

Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 paid every Friday by direct deposit | Extra pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks

Running Area:
Regional freight moves across the Northeast and portions of the Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. This lane setup supports productive weekday driving without relying on extended trip lengths.

• Approximately 50% of freight is drop and hook to reduce time spent waiting at docks
• No-touch freight means drivers aren't responsible for loading or unloading

Home Time:
Drivers operate Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday off | The weekly schedule includes a dependable 48-hour reset at home

• Assigned  Freightliner Cascadia maintained on schedule with no slip seating
• Battery-powered APU, refrigerator, 1,500-watt inverter, SiriusXM, 24-inch HD TV, and double bunks

Family Friendly:
Rider program is available for passengers 13 and older at minimal weekly cost | Dogs of any breed or size are welcome at no charge

Equipment:
Each driver works from an assigned Cascadia equipped for regional operation and weekday comfort. Climate-controlled sleeper space, refrigeration, entertainment, and power for personal electronics come standard.

• Valid CDL-A license with a minimum of one year of documented over-the-road experience
• Professional CDL-A drivers should be ready for consistent regional routes and weekday freight movement
