Ground Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee Fed Ex pickup and delivery operations at the Cumberland terminal. You will hire, train, and lead drivers and supervisors, manage daily dispatch, route planning, and ensure safety and DOT compliance.
You’ll coordinate with Fed Ex leadership, handle vehicle maintenance, and maintain high operational readiness. This role requires availability six days a week and a hands-on, results-driven approach.
