Position SummaryPrecision Saws is a fast-growing company in the Industrial Machinery Industry that represents the North American Market for various European Vendors. We are looking for a driven and dependable Parts Support Specialist / Warehouse Associate to grow with us. This dynamic role combines hands‑on warehouse responsibilities with parts support operations to help keep our business running efficiently. This individual will manage inventory records while also receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping materials.
As we continue to expand, we need someone who can work independently, take ownership of their work, and is eager to contribute to a team that values reliability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. - Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare parts for shipment or internal use
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) as required
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Process customer and internal parts orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain inventory records within ERP or inventory management systems
- Assist customers and service technicians with parts identification
- Track shipments and resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Ability to navigate parts catalogs and technical diagrams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in parts, inventory, warehouse, or logistics roles
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, inventory systems)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50-100lbs occasionally and work on your feet for extended periods
- Experience with Shipping Software (UPS and FEDEX) and arranging LTL shipments
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with ERP, Quick Books, or warehouse management systems
