Bath Fitter is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands‑on Materials & Inventory Coordinator.
This position is ideal for someone with warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, construction materials, or logistics experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our installers have the materials, tools, and supplies needed to complete projects on time and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional overtime available.
What You'll Do- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and warehouse organization
- Pull, stage, and prepare materials for upcoming installations
- Ensure installers have the correct products, tools, and supplies before each job
- Track inventory and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Load and unload materials and products safely
- Operate company vehicles as needed
- Complete occasional service calls and basic repair support
- Assist with branch equipment and vehicle maintenance scheduling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Follow Bath Fitter safety standards and procedures
- Work closely with branch leadership, installers, and office staff to support daily operations
- At least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, construction materials, logistics, or related experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable using computers to track inventory and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Inventory control experience
- Construction, building materials, or warehouse experience
- Experience using inventory tracking or CRM systems
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Regular lifting of materials and supplies up to 50 pounds
- Occasional bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching
- Ability to work in both warehouse and outdoor environments
