Position Overview
Warehouse Team Lead – Raleigh, NC. Candidates will lead a night‑shift warehouse team, ensuring optimal operations and continuous improvement. The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a clear career path.

- High‑school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred
- One year or more experience as a team lead preferred
- One year or more experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- One year or more prior warehouse experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge and experience with an RF scanner required
- Valid forklift operator’s license

- Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
- Allocate resources and distribute daily work duties to team members.
- Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles.
- Assist in orienting employees and provide necessary technology and tools.
- Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
- Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
- Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
