Position Overview

• High‑school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred
• One year or more experience as a team lead preferred
• One year or more experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• One year or more prior warehouse experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge and experience with an RF scanner required
• Valid forklift operator’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective leadership skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proactive approach to responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for optimal operational efficiency.
• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and distribute daily work duties to team members.
• Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles.
• Assist in orienting employees and provide necessary technology and tools.
• Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
