Inventory Control Coordinator

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory while keeping the pharmacy clean, orderly, and professional.

• Purchase and receive inventory; track and reconcile inventory balances.
• Perform replenishment tasks, put‑away, cycle counting, and manage returned products.
• Monitor B/O and days’ supply; select products and supplies under supervisor direction.
• Maintain pick stations, dispensing and back‑stock refrigerators, and pack stations with required supplies.
• Pull short‑dated or expired product from active inventory.
• File inventory and SOX documentation.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership.

This position may require sitting, standing, moving, and lifting, and can be physically demanding for multiple hours each day.

Salary Range: $18.50 – $20.02 per hour. Starting pay is based on experience. Typical pay range for the job grade is $17.00 – $28.46.

• 1 year of professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing, or inventory environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

• Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software.
• Pharmacy Technician License within 3 months of hire.
