Position: Warehouse Selector Full-Time

$21.45/hr starting pay, top base pay $24.75/hr (after meeting production metrics)

Responsibilities

Warehouse selectors are responsible for operating a pallet jack, label and palletize products in order to fill customer orders. Selectors must work efficiently and in a safe manner. This position requires working in areas with temperature and humidity changes based on local weather conditions, and the area in which the selector is working in (Dairy/Produce, Meat/Frozen, Grocery).
Must work in a safe manner adhering to all company safety guidelines.
Must be able to reach, lift and stack cases ranging in weight from 1-100 lbs. from floor to overhead.
Appropriately label selected product and apply header label to finish pallet to prep for shipment.
Must maintain quality standards of accuracy, stacking and pallet conditions.
Stack merchandise on pallet in a manner that no damage occurs while selecting orders, loading, or delivering product.
WILL TRAIN to operate electric pallet jack in a safe manner so as not to endanger self or co-workers.
Must be able to walk and guide jack from slotand to slots during selections process.
Must be able to work holidays and weekends (REQUIRED- per your schedule).
Must be able to maintain production standards.

On average, warehouse selectors lift 20,000 - 40,000 lbs PER SHIFT

Qualifications

Required

Minimum 6 months experience in similar environment.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screening, Background Check, Physical Abilities Test).
