Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator (1st & 2nd Shift)

Location: Whitsett, NC
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $19.25 – $25.00/hr (2nd Shift +10% Differential)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, including both inbound (receiving) and outbound (shipping) activities. This role ensures efficient workflow, accurate inventory management, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments including scheduling, receiving, and inspection
• Oversee outbound operations such as picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure accuracy of inventory transactions and system updates
• Perform and support cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity
• Assign and monitor daily tasks for warehouse associates
• Track workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Communicate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, purchasing)
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
• Support shift handoffs and maintain continuity between teams

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
• Experience coordinating or leading team activities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience
• Prior experience in a fast-paced distribution environment
