Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate keeps our operations running smoothly by managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and selecting products for customer orders. You'll ensure inventory accuracy, maintain a safe workspace, process returns, and operate material-handling equipment. This role may also support deliveries and requires basic computer skills, with inventory or equipment experience a plus.
What You'll DoReceive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, noting any damage or discrepancies.
- Operate company delivery vehicles (vans, box trucks up to 26')
- Maintains a safe driving record while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries in accordance with company policies and DOT requirements.
Accurately pick and pack orders for customer delivery or inter-store transfers.
Process returns, warranty paperwork, and related documentation.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper storage procedures.
Operate equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist with loading and delivering items as needed.
Valid REAL passport (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
Basic computer skills (email, internet browsing)
Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker)
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Lift up to 75 lbs; climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach as needed
Warehouse environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise
