Complete Comfort, Inc. is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can step into the role and confidently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC equipment.

We're specifically looking for an experienced technician who doesn't need to start from square one. At the same time, you won't be left on an island. Our owner has extensive technical and troubleshooting knowledge and enjoys helping technicians continue sharpening their skills.

• Diagnose residential heating and cooling system issues
• Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems
• Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to customers
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Use company-provided technology to document calls and communicate with the office
• Maintain an organized and professional company vehicle
• Follow company safety and quality standards
• Participate in training and continuing education opportunities
• Work collaboratively with service, installation, and office team members

• Previous professional HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work independently in customers' homes
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Comfortable using tablets, phones, and field-service technology
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Universal EPA Certification
