The Accounting Administrator supports home closing and construction accounting activities by ensuring all project costs are properly documented, vendor obligations are accurately tracked, sworn statements are prepared correctly, and closing packages are complete and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do- Prepare closing-related summaries and documentation using internal systems and reports
- Review and match project budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and payments to ensure accuracy
- Identify and track unpaid vendor amounts and other items that need to be resolved before closing
- Confirm required approvals are completed and follow up on missing or incomplete information
- Work with Accounting, Construction, and Title teams to resolve issues and support successful closings
- Coordinate collection and tracking of required vendor compliance documents and distribute as needed
- Prepare closing checklists and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Maintain organized records of all closing-related files, supporting documents, and project information

- Accounting, finance, or construction administration experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets and reports
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience with ERP systems and construction accounting processes preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
$25 - $30 per hour non-exempt
