About the role
Could you support pupils to feel confident, engaged and successful in their learning?
As a Senior Education Support Officer at Bunscoill Rhumsaa, you will plan and deliver targeted interventions for small groups and individuals who benefit from more tailored support. You will work closely with teachers, the SENCO and the wider team to create engaging learning experiences that meet a range of needs. You will support Individualised Education and Personalised Learning Plans, helping ensure healthcare and behaviour strategies are followed consistently.
Working as part of a large, friendly and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to build your experience within a specialist area of education, with access to ongoing training and development to support your role.
