About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer (100% on-site) to lead process improvement, equipment optimization, and new product or line introductions within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in improving safety, quality, throughput, and cost while supporting scalable growth across operations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with deep manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, maintenance, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Process & EquipmentLead design, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality.
Support equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of production lines.
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks through data-driven analysis and Lean manufacturing principles.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and process standardization.
Develop and maintain standard work, PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions.
Support NPI activities including process development, pilot builds, validation, and production ramp-up.
Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA).
Transfer processes from development to full-scale production.
Partner with operations, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and EH&S teams to achieve production and business goals.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Present technical recommendations and project updates to leadership.
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures.
Support audits and regulatory or customer requirements as applicable.
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, tooling, and equipment.
Proven experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
