Job Overview
Crovan Court Nursing & Residential Home is looking for a Registered Manager to join the team. The role involves managing the Care Home, leading a team, ensuring the facility operates effectively, and delivering high‑quality care and service. The manager will support and guide a 24/7 operation, assess residents’ needs and wishes, and develop the service to enhance their quality of life.
ResponsibilitiesThe manager will actively seek to ensure the Home maintains high occupancy, positively market the Home, and raise awareness within the community. They will hold accountability for compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements, striving to secure the best possible care rating and other external recognitions of quality.
In partnership with the Finance Director, the manager will oversee the financial effectiveness of the Home, adhering to established budgets, identifying profitability opportunities, and reducing costs.
