We are looking for a Weekend Shift Production Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys developing people, and is energized by solving problems and driving continuous improvement. As the Weekend Shift Production Supervisor, you will lead our Fabrication, Weld & Grind operations while partnering closely with supervisors across all shifts to ensure a safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing operation. You will be responsible for developing teammates, improving processes, meeting production goals, and creating an environment where people can do their best work.

• Champion a culture where safety is everyone s responsibility.
• Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to safe work practices.
• Participate as an active member of the Emergency Response Team and/or Safety Committee.
• Develop and improve standardized work that enhances workplace safety.

• Lead, coach, and develop production teammates to achieve individual and team success.
• Foster an environment built on accountability, respect, and continuous learning.
• Train and enforce company policies and standardized work.
• Motivate employees while helping remove obstacles to success.
• Serve as the primary trainer for Level 4 Board development.
• Partner with employees to solve problems and continuously improve processes.

• Ensure products consistently meet Life Fitness / Hammer Strength quality standards.
• Verify product conformance through inspections and process verification.
• Drive standardized work that improves product quality and consistency.
• Work proactively to identify and resolve quality concerns before they impact the customer.

• Coordinate production schedules and collaborate with supervisors across multiple shifts.
• Plan, requisition, and verify materials needed to support production.
• Monitor workflow to maximize productivity and schedule adherence.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives that reduce waste and improve performance.
• Develop and maintain standardized production methods that improve efficiency and reduce cost.

• Support the production team by performing production activities when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2-5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• 2-5 years of welding and/or grinding experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, drawings, and work orders
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Ability to prioritize work, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $62,300 - $86,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Ramsey, MN and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
